  1. The following provides information about the collection of personal data when using our website.

With regard to further terminology, in particular the terms „processing,“ „controller,“ „processor,“ and „consent,“ we refer to the statutory data protection definitions set out in Art. 4 GDPR.
  3. We process personal data in principle only to the extent necessary for the provision of a functional website and the content and services we offer. Personal data is generally only processed where you have given us your consent within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, or where processing is permitted by law, in particular by one of the legal bases set out in Art. 6(1)(b) to (f) GDPR.

Storage may also take place if provided for by national or European regulations to which we are subject. In such cases, data will be blocked or deleted once the retention period prescribed by the applicable regulations has expired. Processing of Personal Data During Informational Use of Our Website

  1. When you visit our website without registering or otherwise providing us with information („informational use“), we only collect the personal data that your web browser transmits to our server.   4. The storage of the above-mentioned data in log files serves to ensure the functionality and optimization of our website, as well as to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
  5. This data is not evaluated for marketing purposes. Our legitimate interest in data processing lies in the purposes stated above. The legal basis for the collection and temporary storage of the aforementioned data and log files is Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR. The above data provided for the operation of our website will be deleted when the respective session has ended. The collection of the above data for the provision of our website and the storage of this data in log files is strictly necessary for the operation of our website. There is no option to object.

Contacting Us

  1. If you contact us by email, the personal data transmitted to us in your email will be stored.
  2. The processing of the aforementioned personal data serves solely to handle your inquiries.
  3. The processing of further personal data arising from the use of the contact form provided on our website serves to prevent misuse and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
  4. This also constitutes our legitimate interest in processing your personal data. Where you have given us your consent for this purpose, the legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Otherwise, the legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, in particular in the event that data is transmitted to us by email. Where your email is intended to initiate the conclusion of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR constitutes an additional legal basis.
  5. The data will be deleted, subject to statutory retention periods, once we have conclusively processed your inquiry. If you have contacted us by email, you may object to the storage of your personal data at any time. Please note that in such a case your inquiry cannot be processed further. You may declare your withdrawal or objection by sending an email to the email address provided in our legal notice.
